We operate Monday thru Friday, 8am - 4pm. We do not operate on weekends or holidays.

In November we take the 21st, 22nd, & 23rd off for Thanksgiving.
In December we take five days off the 24th to the 28th for Christmas.
In addition to these holidays we do not operate on Saturday's or Sunday's.
After each holiday or weekend all orders start processing on the next business day.
Please do not include/count the holidays or weekends when counting the processing time on your order.

How Covid-19 may affect your package delivery
Covid-19 has badly affected the postal services delivery times. There is more package/mail delays and backups than we have ever seen. Please be patient during this time as these delays and backups are out of our control. If the post office has a delay on your package it may take several weeks (or longer) to deliver, please be patient with the postal service as they work to get your package delivered. If you are ordering a birthday present or for anther special occasion we kindly ask you to order 3-4 weeks for US residents and 4-6 weeks for international residents before the date, so can guarantee yourself to have your order in time for gifting. US residents, if you would like your order to be processed within 24-48 hours please select "RUSH MY ORDER:" at checkout.

Processing Time
Please kindly understand that all of our products are handmade & made-to-order (items are made when a customer orders), we have very few items that we pre-make, due to the variety of options we offer for each of our items.
We have a 4 - 14 business day processing time.
Note: please add 3-5 business days for First Class, 2-3 business day for priority mail (if you are international please add 1-3 weeks). The shipping time given at the checkout does NOT include our processing time.
Need your order rushed? Please email us BEFORE purchasing. We charge a $20.00 USD fee to rush your order.
Shipping Information For The Holidays - US Deadline
We ask that you please order by December 5th to guarantee the arrival of your package by Christmas for First Class and Priority Mail. If you place an order after December 5th we do NOT guarantee that your package will arrive by Christmas. We give this deadline because all of our items are handmade and made-to-order.
The guarantee applies ONLY that we will have your order shipped out in time for the post office to get it to you, if the post office does not get your package to you in time we are not responsible for this. During the holiday season the post office does get backed up, so your shipping time may be longer than stated at checkout. Please kindly understand this it is of our control, the post office is responsible to get your package to you in time.
Suggestion: Priority Mail 2-3 Day is a highly recommended shipping option, because it is shipped a different way than standard shipping. Last year USPS first class shipping took longer on some of our orders than the usual First Class 3-5 business day. We suggest selecting Priority Mail 2-3 Day for shipping. This option also includes insurance (through USPS, not us). This is a fast way to get your package after we ship it out, they are really good with getting Priority Mail packages the same as usual, as for First Class it typically takes longer than usual.
Christmas Deadline - International:
Due to customs and the many items that need to be processed we ask that you order by November 16th to guarantee the arrival of your package by Christmas for international orders

We are not responsible for lost mail and we ask that you please understand the guarantee applies ONLY that we will have your order shipped out in time for the post office to get it to you, if the post office does not get your package to you in time we are not responsible for this.

Information on Shipping Methods
ALL of our packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and we a few different types of their shipping options on our website. Please continue reading for more information and details on each option we offer!
- First Class: The post office ships first class mail via "ground" and takes an estimated 2-5 days (this method sometimes takes longer during the holidays). The amount of time it takes to receives your package depends on where you live.
- Priority Mail: This shipping method is a fast and affordable way to get your package! It takes 1-3 business days - Your location will determine if it is 1-Day, 2-Day. or 3-Day. *Priority Mail ONLY available for US buyers*
- Priority Mail Express 1-2 days: UPON REQUEST! Please email us if you would like this shipping method, the cost ranges $25 - $35.
All of our packages/orders are shipped out of Mississippi, US

Additional Information (USPS, post office): Please only count by business days when your package has shipped (Monday thru Friday), the post office does not work on holidays or weekends. Applies with all shipping methods express, priority, & standard first class - for example: if it says 1-2 business days and it ships on a Friday this does not mean you will receive it on Sunday, you will receive it on Tuesday.
If you are ordering for a present please order ahead of time to guarantee the arrival of your package in time! We package all of jewelry, key-chains, and most mirror hangers in a small gift box so it perfect for gifting right away.
International Shipping:
- Please be patient if you are an international buyer, we ship from the United States and it will take longer to receive your package. We estimate 1-2 weeks (sometimes longer) for shipping (this does not include our processing time).

If you purchase Express shipping please remember the post office does NOT work on weekends or holidays, business days means a working schedule on Monday thru Friday. It takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for your package to arrive via Express.
Insurance (for shipping) - Terms & Conditions
First Class: If you would like to add insurance to your to your package for First Class, please select the shipping option "USPS First Class + INSURANCE <- see policies for details / 3-6 Business Days, NOT including processing time - $4.75 " when you are at the checkout.
Priority Mail & Priority Mail Express: This shipping option automatically includes insurance. Please contact us before purchasing if you wish to purchase Express shipping.
What does insurance do for me?
To start off with we do not handle the shipping process, this is 100% in the hands of USPS (United States Postal Service). Many people get confused by this, because they feel we handle the shipping process or that we have a special connection with them, this is false. We make your item, package your item well, and mail it through USPS. If it happens that USPS losses your package, your insurance will cover the costs for us to re-ship the items that were lost in the mailing process.
How do I know if my package is lost?
Your package is considered lost if your package is "stuck" for a long period of time (see list below) on the tracking information. It will not move and it will show that it is in the same place (example: "Departed from Balm Beach, Florida at 4:32pm"). We require you to wait the following amount of days listed:
Orders are not considered "lost" in transit until the following amount of days have past:
Domestic(US): 21 business days
International: 45 business days
After we have contacted the post office with this issue and resolved it with them, we will then proceed to re-ship your order. If you think your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note we know this long period of time may be frustrating, but this is out of our hands.
What happens if I don't add insurance to my First Class package?
The post office is great with insuring that your package arrives to you, but there are occasions where a package will get lost, etc. If you didn't add insurance to your First Class package we will NOT re-ship the item or items you ordered. By purchasing shipping without insurance you agree and understand that we will not be responsible for paying the necessary fees to reship your order.
- If you did not get insurance with your First Class package, we will not pay the fees to re-ship your item if it gets lost. This does not mean we will not help you try to recover package! We are happy to help as much as we can, but it very hard to recover a lost package especially without insurance. Insurance is highly recommended, this will ease the process while dealing with the Post Office if something is to happen.
- This insurance is NOT for your item breaking while in your possession. please read column below!
- Shipping insurance DOES NOT cover returned packages, if you're package is returned the post office will not cover the fee to reship, ETC. Packages are returned due to incorrect shipping information, please always double check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned you will be responsible to repay to reship your order.
Hurricane Season (or natural disasters) Information
During hurricane season we ask that you kindly understand any delays that may occur for your order. If we have power outages, etc. we will be unable to process your order during this time.
No refunds or returns are accepted due to order delays for natural disasters. If at any event we lose our warehouse (or have significant damages) and are unable to make complete your order, we will be giving refunds. For circumstances that only involve power outages (or internet) we will not offer refunds, we will continue processing your order as usual when we regain access to the necessities required to complete your order. When your order is shipped there may be additional delays with USPS due to the natural disaster.
Even if our business is not affected by a natural disaster the postal service may be affected in some areas, in this case they will hold packages and delay them.
We will notify customers regarding hurricane delays as soon as we have power or access to internet. If emails or messages are not responded to, please do not be alarmed, we will be unable to answer you if our power goes out. We will also display a message in the store front when we regain access to power/internet.

When an area is affected by a hurricane or natural disaster USPS will delay packages until they are able to process your package. In cases like this we are out of control and ask for your patience.
