What are your order deadlines for holidays (Mother's Days, ETC) ?
If you are ordering a birthday present or for anther special occasion we kindly ask you to order 3-4 weeks for US residents and 4-6 weeks for international residents before the date, so can guarantee yourself to have your order in time for gifting. US residents, if you would like your order to be processed within 24-48 hours please select "RUSH MY ORDER:" at checkout.

When will my order ship?
Our processing time is 4 - 14 business days. We try our best to get all orders out much sooner so you do not have to wait very long, we ask that you do remember we hand make all of our orders and they are all made-to-order! Our processing time is counted by business days - we do not operate on weekends or holidays. To view all of our holidays and full information on our policies please click on the tab above. Will my order include a gift box?
All jewelry and keychains are packaged inside of one small white gift box, free of charge. If a large order is placed and the items will not fit in one gift box we will package your order in 2 or more gift boxes.

Where is my order number?
Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email sent after your order was successfully placed. It is in the top right corner of the email. If you paid via PayPal you can also retrieve your order number on your PayPal Receipt.
Is my information safe?
Yes, your information is safe! Our website does not handle your credit/debit card information, the only thing we view on our website is your address, any information entered to make your payment goes through a company that works hard to keep your information safe and encrypted to prevent stolen information (We don't even see your card information either!). We only can view if the card has been passed and if your payment has cleared or if it was declined & of course we can view your name, and the address off of our website.
The company we give full credit for handling all your information has been "audited by a PCI-certified auditor", and they are certified.
There certification is "the most stringent level of certification available."
You don't have to worry about your information, because they encrypt it so hackers can't steal your information.
Our website's main purpose is only to offer the items we sell and get the customers address information to ship their order -- the website is not what handles all of the payment information, etc.

In the event of a hurricane or other natural disaster in your area - what will happen to my order I placed?
If a hurricane or natural disaster occurs in our area your order may be delayed. With natural disasters or hurricanes there are power outages, internet issues, and many other occurrences that will lead us to be unable to process your order temporarily. Once we regain power or service we will contact our customers immediately and we will also post a message in the front of our store.
We ask that you understand these possibilities especially during hurricane season. We will not be offering order refunds or returns if your order is delayed by a natural disaster. If our warehouse or items in our warehouse are severely damaged we will offer a refund, of course.

I'm ordering gifts for Christmas - what's your deadline?
Our deadline for guaranteed arrival for delivery in time for Christmas gifting is December 5, 2018. If you are ordering gifts after this date we highly recommend purchasing "Rush My Order". This rush processing option is available at the checkout.
Your order MAY arrive in time for Christmas if ordered after the 5th, but we do not guarantee it.

Do you include a printed receipt with the package?
No, we do not include a printed copy of your order receipt. All your order information will be included with your "Order Confirmation" email. If you'd like a printed copy of your receipt included with your package please write a note in the "note to seller" box requesting an order receipt.

I need my oder rush, what do i need to do?
Please email us at texashospitality@yahoo.com BEFORE purchasing the item(s) you need rushed. We charge a $20.00 USD rushing fee. Our normal processing time is 4 - 14 business days, if you need your order shipped within 24 - 48 hours please contact us.
The time we need to prepare your order will depend on what item and how many items you need rushed. Please keep in mind all of our items are handmade and made to order.
