We do NOT accept the following:

Additional Information:
- Order Cancellations - please make sure you have sufficient funds & want your order before placing it. We do not accept cancellations.
- Refunds. - ONLY under certain circumstances we give refunds. We do not refund for any items or orders, if you have any issues please email us and we will be happy to assist you.
- Returns. - Every item has a photo (unless it is a custom order) and has important size, metal, etc information listed. Please take the time to read the details before purchasing. We do not accept returns on any items.
- If you have any issues with the item(s) you received or have a missing item we give you 7 days after tracking says, "DELIVERED" to address us with issues. After 7 days we will not accept reshipment of new items, etc.

- If we receive a returned package due to incorrect address information you will be required to pay a re-shipment fee. Please remember that we do not except returns, so this will not count as a return and we will not refund you money because of a returned package.
Additional Information:
- All dollar amounts are in US CURRENCY! If you are an international buyer please remember there is a conversion after you've placed your order. Your bank statement will most likely show a different dollar amount than your receipt we send due to the different currencies. The amount shown on your receipt and when you check out is in US dollars.
- All customers are responsible to pay any fees charged by their bank or credit card company that they use. Texas Hospitality only charges what is shown on your receipt when you purchase (the product(s) + shipping cost). Any additional amount charged by your bank or credit card company is your responsibility to pay.
- If you place two separate orders for the same shipping address and we ship them together, we will refund you for one transaction for the shipping cost. There will be $0.50 deduction from the shipping refund for a processing fee. Please also note, we don't always catch orders that are placed close together for the same shipping address, if we do not catch this your orders will be shipped separately and you will be charged shipping for both orders.
Broken Items
Items we will accept to fix: Chains, clasps, bracelet chains, items received broken in the mail, and things of this nature. We do NOT accept items like pendants, etc. that have been broken while in your possession, each item is tested before it is shipped so we will not replace this for you.
If we find the broken item was an accident on our part or damaged by USPS mailing service we will provide a free replacement, after 7 days the item has been delivered the replacement offer is expired.

- Two CLEAR pictures of the broken item.
- Order Number
- ALL items listed above must be provided before we begin fixing the damaged item.
- Though our products are not fragile they should still be handled with care. We encourage you to take care of your items so they will last you a long time. Please view the care instructions on the tab on our website.
- We give you 7 days after tracking says, "DELIVERED" to address us with issues regarding a damaged good. After the 7-day mark there will be no exceptions, we feel if the item has an error it will happen within 7 days. If something breaks after 7 days you will be required to pay for a replacement & shipping fees.

Incorrect Item
- Accidents happen! We have had very few occasions where we accidentally sent the wrong item, but don't worry we're happy to fix it!
The following is REQUIRED in order for us to send the correct items,- Your order number (every customer receives a receipt via email) OR your full name + full address.
- Two CLEAR photos of the incorrect item, please take the photos on your phone, camera, etc. (please do not send us screenshots of the incorrect item you received).
After we receive the items listed above we will send the correct items to you, free of charge. We love all of wonderful customers and strive for their satisfaction, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you any issues!
Lost Mail
If your package is lost or "stuck" and you have not paid for insurance please file a claim and address this issue with the US Postal Service. We are unable to do anything on our side without insurance, please understand that we are to make your products, packaged them, and ship them to you after we hand the packages to the post office it is their responsibility. Any issues you have please address them to USPS. No refunds or re-shipment of your items without insurance.
Orders are not considered "lost" in transit unit the following amount of days have past:
Domestic(US): 21 business days
International: 45 business days

No refunds or re-shipment of the item(s). Any issues that you have with a package that has not been delivered will have to be addressed to your local post office.

Free Shipping Policy
The free shipping is ONLY for standard shipping, USPS First Class 3-5 days, our other shipping methods are NOT valid for this offer.
Please select the shipping option in checkout that displays "free" or "$0.00" beside it (right hand side). If you select a different shipping option you will be charged.
We are NOT offering free shipping for international first class shipping, international express, international priority mail, priority mail, priority mail express, or "RUSH MY ORDER".
Shipping insurance NOT included for free shipping orders. If you would like to add shipping insurance please contact us before you place your order, there will be a $1 extra fee for shipping insurance.
Wholesale orders are NOT eligible for this offer.

Jewelry Care
Try and keep lotions, soap and other chemicals away from your skin. Remove jewelry prior to washing your hands, or applying hand cream. Always remove jewelry before bathing as well as swimming, especially if it’s in salt water.
